Main Piston 2

The drawing calls for a 'F' hole followed by a 3/8-24 thread concentric with the outer diameter. A drilled hole is nether round or straight. I decided to bore the center hole but had to make a special tool to get into the small hole. I'll be the first to admit that I don't have very good luck sharpining my own tools. This one was no exception, but I somehow managed to make it work. I thinned the section to the right of the tip and chamfered it to allow clearance in the hole. I then took _very_ light cuts to bring the diameter to 0.352. I then mounted the tap in the tailstock and threaded the hole.
